    Link: No-Script (Firefox Add-On) Add-on for firefox allows you to disable Javascript on websites you don’t trust. With this add-on you can securely browse websites that you do not trust and prevent them from running JavaScript code and potential exploits.

  • Firefox

    Link: Firefox One of the best Web Browsers out there. Not to mention it free, open source, and more secure than Internet Explorer. This is always one of my first recommendations for Windows users. It’s a simple quick download, that will improve your web experience all around.

  • Notepad++

    Link: Notepad++ Fantastic open source (Free!) code editor. This is my code editor of choice for HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. I like it for it super lean and clean style, along with it’s many advanced features you commonly see in high end pay for code editors.

  • DIVX

    Link: DIVX DIVX Codecs are a must install on any pc.

  • VLC

    Link: VLC Video Lan Media player is a nice light weight all around good media player. I use this freebie to replace Windows Media Player on all of my Windows boxes. Video playback is far superior to WMP especially on older hardware.

  • Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b
